HOW IT WORKS
I am passionate about my portraits and want you to be completely satisfied with the result.

Step 1
Simply Email me a clear digital photograph of the person, child or animal you would like me to draw. If the portrait is for a present or special occasion and is required for a certain date, please let me know so that I can ensure that it will be completed in time. If at any stage in the process you are unsure or would like to discuss anything I will be happy to talk to you.
Step 2
If the photograph is suitable I will reply to your Email with a quotation for a 30cm x 40cm portrait giving options of professional mounting or framing, additional prints for family and friends and postage options.
Step 3
If the quotation is acceptable, please Email me with your requirements together with a £30 deposit and I will add your portrait to my job list taking into account any deadlines which have been set. I will let you know when your drawing has been started and will send you regular updates on progress.
Step 4
When I am satisfied with the portrait, I will email you a proof for your approval, this is the point where any changes you require can be made to the final portrait. When, and only when you are completely satisfied with the final portrait I will send you an invoice for the total cost less the deposit.
Step 5
Once the invoice is paid, the portrait will be professionally mounted or framed to suit the portrait and packaged for delivery.
